There is no minimum-term contract with Freeola Unlimited SoGEA and FTTP Broadband shown above. Termination charges are shown below in the Service termination and cease charges section and are applicable for both ceasing a broadband service and migrating a broadband service away to a different provider.. Termination charges are determined by British Telecommunications PLC and are therefore subject to change. Freeola will not charge you more than our cost of ceasing your broadband service. Monthly payments via credit/debit card, Direct Debit or PayPal.

Additional Charges for Legacy tariffs
Termination charges are applicable for both ceasing a broadband service and migrating a broadband service away to a different provider.
There is no minimum-term contract with Freeola ADSL, FTTC (non-G.fast) and FTTP Broadband (Legacy Unlimited Fibre and Full Fibre (FTTP) Broadband has a 12-month contract). Services terminated within the contract period will incur a cease fee and the remainder of the contract will become payable. Termination charges are determined by British Telecommunications PLC and are therefore subject to change. Freeola will not charge you more than our cost of ceasing your broadband service. Monthly payments via credit/debit card, PayPal or Direct Debit.
