Welcome to the Freeola support pages. This guide is designed to help you upload files to a Freeola VIP Hosting service using the Simple Webspace Interface within MyFreeola. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.

This Simple Webspace Interface is designed for the viewing of files already uploaded to your hosting service, or to add small files to your Freeola webspace. If you are looking for full file management, or the ability to upload larger files via FTP, we would recommend using an FTP Client, such as Filezilla.

This feature is only available on websites hosted using our legacy VIP or VIP+ Hosting service.

  1. Firstly you will need to login to your MyFreeola account and select VIP Web Hosting from the Web Sites & Hosting section of the left-hand navigation menu.
