Account and Service Information for One Touch Switching

To make things as simple as possible, all of the information you need to switch service providers can be found by logging into your MyFreeola account and visiting the page for that service. Most of the information is also available on your latest invoice, although you may need to log in to get any further information in some cases. Each type of service may require some different information, so we have outlined and illustrated the relevant parts below.
1) Service address – this is the address to which the service is supplied (may be different from your billing address) or telephone number if appropriate (FTTC or ADSL)
2) Account Number (8 digits) – this is specific to the account in which the service(s) are managed (may be relevant to multiple services)
3) User name – this is unique to a single broadband service. Begins with “sr”
4) For SoGEA: Access Line ID (unique to the service)
For FTTP: ONT Reference (Unique to the service)
1) Service address – this is the address to which the service is supplied (may be different from your billing address)
2) Line Number – Unique to this service, the actual telephone number for this line.
3) Account Number (8 digits) – this is specific to the account in which the service(s) are managed (may be relevant to multiple services)

2) Line Number – unique to the service, the telephone number used for this VoIP service.
Please note that Voice and Voice Pro are stand-alone services, and therefore not dependent on your broadband or any other service in the account. You can change providers for your Voice service without affecting your broadband, and vice-versa.
VoIP services are also NOT tied to a single address. As such, if asked for an address, you should give the address at which the service is currently used (listed as the “Emergency Address” under "Additional Settings" on the Voice Page in your MyFreeola account).
If you are moving to another provider, you may need to update account holder's details in your MyFreeola account (for example, if you have married, and need to change from your maiden name to your married name).
This can be done by logging into your MyFreeola control panel and visiting Contact and Login Details.
From here, you can update or correct your name, email address, postal address and contact phone number as required.
