Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to explain how to view your Freeola Voice SIP details within MyFreeola. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.
Through the Freeola Voice section of your MyFreeola account, you can view all the settings that you could require to configure a SIP-capable device to work with your VoIP service.
To view this information, log into the MyFreeola Control Panel that manages your Freeola Voice service and select Freeola Voice (VoIP) then Voice Settings & Features from the left-hand menu - this will open the Freeola Voice Overview.
Click Settings next to your package, then scroll to the Your SIP Details section.
The information within this table will be referenced in Freeola Support Guides and will be used within your ATA, SIP compatible router or any SIP phone app you may choose to use.
