Spam can be a problem for all of us and at Freeola we take spam very seriously. We have routine daily checks on accounts and reports in place to check no spamming address have been set up within our system. We also have advanced spam and greylisting filters to try block this spam from ever arriving in your inbox.
However, as we all know, spam still arrives in our inbox regardless of however many checks are in place. If this is happening to you, you can help us by forwarding the entire e-mail back to us and our systems department will look into the 'headers' of the e-mail to try and prevent such e-mails from being sent in the future.
