Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to give some general information about Freeola e-mail services. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.

Freeola offers all customers unlimited free e-mail addresses from it's amazing and unique choice of Freeola500 domains (for example, [email protected]). Alternatively, if you have hosted your own domain name with GetDotted you can choose addresses at that name (for example, [email protected]).

Unlike some providers who use a 'catch all' method of e-mail which isn't particularly flexible, Freeola allows you to set up as many individual addresses (each with its own separate POP3 account) as you like within your MyFreeola control panel. You can set up lots of individual e-mail addresses on individual PCs, laptops and mobile devices without the need for a complicated centralised mail server.

When you MyFreeola account you may choose your first e-mail address as part of the sign-up process. After you have signed up you can add or remove addresses, change e-mail passwords or set up mail forwarding simply by visiting the View/Edit E-mail Addresses section of your new control panel. If you require assistance in creating new e-mail addresses Freeola provides a step-by-step guide on doing this here.

Remember, when you add a new address in the Control Panel you'll need to add the details to your e-mail program in order to use it to it's full potential. Freeola currently provides several guides for the most popular mail clients which can be found in the Freeola Guides section of

To add further functionality to your Freeola e-mail address why not add Freeola EmailPro? This fantastic service provided by Freeola will allow access to your e-mails from any computer in the World via our webmail pages. The EmailPro service also gives access to a Freeola SMTP (or sending) server allowing you to send and receive e-mail no matter how your laptop or PC is connected to the internet! EmailPro costs just £2 per month per domain name and can be signed up for from within your MyFreeola account or by calling one of our helpful sales staff on the number listed below.

Hi nic32,

Unfortunately Freeola mail servers are not designed for the purpose of sending 'bulk' e-mail.

If you are looking to send a large number of messages, there are several companies available who specialise in this sort of service.
