Creating a Schedule Page

The Schedule Page allows you to list events and important dates for your visitors. It is perfect for listing promotional events and offers.

Step 1

After launching InstantPro, you will be taken to the Main Menu. This serves as the starting point for managing everything on your site. Click Schedule under Page Types Available to get started.

Step 2

Enter your Navigation Text and Page Title. The Navigation Text will be displayed on your site navigation and is also shown in the web address for this page. The Page Title is the text that will appear in the top bar of your browser. Once completed, click the Next button.

Note: There are also some Search Engine Optimisation Options. Take a look at the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Tutorial if you're not sure what to put here.

Step 3

You'll now be prompted to enter a Schedule Name, as more than one schedule can be included on one page. Enter your desired Schedule Name and click Next.

Adding Events to the Schedule

Step 1

To start adding Events, click Add a New Event to this Schedule.

Step 2

You should now see the window as shown in the image below and be at the first of three stages: Title & Description.

Enter your Event Title & Description, then click Next.

Step 3

Now, choose an Event Colour from the colour palette. If you don't like any of the colours in the palette, click Choose a Custom Colour and use the Colour Picker to select your colour.

Step 4

Finally, you need to enter the Timing for your event. First, select the Start Date, next select the Start Time & End Time (if any). You can also add a Note if needed. Finally, choose whether to repeat the event weekly, by entering the amount of weeks to repeat under Consecutive Repeat Weeks. Once you have finished click Save.

You have now created a Schedule Page; click Finish.
