Freeola Broadband Tariff Change

Once a Freeola broadband account is live, we give all customers the option of regrading their broaband package. If you're in a LLU enabled area, you can regrade to Unlimited broadband. If you're not, you can still regrade to packages with different data allowances. For example, if you are consistently using over the allowance for your package, you may want to consider regrading to a package with a higher data allowance. You can also regrade to our Business Broadband if you're finding that network conjestion is effecting your speeds by more than you'd like during peak times. Before requesting a tariff change for your Freeola broadband connection it is always advisable to check your recent usage history to see if a change would be viable for you.


All broadband tariff changes, whether it's to Unlimited broadband, to change your usage allowance or from a standard package to a Business package, will incur a one-off £3 charge (inclusive of VAT). This charge will appear on your next bill and all tariff changes will take effect from your next billing date.


You can see the tariff change options available to you by logging into the MyFreeola Control Panel and clicking on the Broadband Details section.
