Freeola Broadband Tariff Change
By Freeola Support on 1st May, 2019 | 0 Comment(s)
Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to help with changing your Freeola Broadband tariff. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.
Once a Freeola Broadband account is live, all customers, outside of any contract period, are offered the option of regrading their broadband package. This can be actioned quickly and easily from the Broadband Details & Usage section of the managing MyFreeola account.
If you are currently using a legacy usage limit tariff, and you are consistently using over the allowance for your package, you may want to consider regrading to any package which will have no usage limits.
If faster fibre services are now available in your area, and you wish to check availability on your line, you can do so from this same section of your MyFreeola account. Please note, FTTC and FTTP services come with a higher monthly cost and will require compatible equipment.
Important
Any new connection or tariff change activated since November 2017 will automatically provide the managing MyFreeola account a monthly £12 Voucher for use with any Freeola hosting service.
Full details of this offer can be seen on the Hosting Offer page.
All broadband tariff changes, whether it's moving from a legacy to a current tariff or changing from ADSL to a Fibre service, will incur a one-off £3 charge (inclusive of VAT). This charge will appear on your next bill.
You can see the tariff change options available to you by logging into the MyFreeola Control Panel and clicking on the Broadband Details & Usage section.
