Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This page is offered as a basic setup guide to help with configuring Freeola Voice home VoIP services on a Grandstream HT801 ATA device. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.
The below image shows the back of the device, to which we will be referring to throughout this guide.
Firstly, connect the supplied Ethernet cable into any spare Ethernet port on your router.
Now plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into the Blue socket (also signified with a Globe Icon) on the Grandstream HT801.
Next, insert the supplied USB Adapter into a wall socket, and the other end to the Power Port (indicated by a Power Symbol) on the Grandstream device.
Plug in the supplied RJ11 to BT adapter (the small white box) into the Green socket (Phone Icon) on the Grandstream HT801 then connect the lead from your telephone handset into this adapter.
If you purchased your Grandstream adapter from Freeola for use with your Freeola Voice account, the Grandstream adapter should now autoprovision itself and no further steps are required.
All three lights should light up when this is complete, as indicated in the below image:
If your ATA was purchased elsewhere, or you require further assistance, please follow the Setting up Grandstream HT801 for Freeola Voice Autoprovision guide or the Setting up Grandstream HT801 Manually for Freeola Voice guide.
