Many Thanks For Your Superb Service!... |
| I transferred to yourselves from BT about two months ago and was seriously impressed by the smoothness of the changeover. On the date which I was told I got an email telling me that the work had been completed and on changing my router settings there it was - an 8 meg connection. The information sent in the confirmation email gave every last setting VPI / VCI etc which could possibly be required, I have never seen this from any ISP in the past. Imagine my further amazement when the next day I got a telephone call from yourselves making sure that everything had gone OK and checking that I was happy with the service.
What you provide is good old fashioned customer service which is extremely rare from any company these days and it is a shame that all other companies do not follow your example.
And the really funny thing is that I am £140 a year better off than I was for a 2 meg BT connection and with the previous host, I have a fixed IP address and this superb service. |

I feel like a customer and not just another problem!!... |
| I find service level statements in general nowadays to be often meaningless and nothing more than a marketing ploy, so it is refreshing (although maybe it should be far more standard practice in the marketplace) to deal with a company who make you feel like a customer and not just another problem to solve.
I don't often write to say thank you or to compliment service received because, as I say, nowadays mediocrity appears to be as good as you get. In this case however I would say the service I received was exceptionally good. I'm sure however that Freeola staff see this as their 'normal'.

| I have been messed about by the 'Big Internet Boys' (Freeserve, Wandonothing, BT Openworld, Yahoo, AOL, and others) for years. When I TRIED Freeola a few years ago I got what can only be described as Pure Honest Helpful and Reliable SERVICE - a word the big boys should add to the dictionary they use... Freeola - you are great people. I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for me. It's a great shame that every business couldn't take a leaf out of your book and try to equal your services. |

Great All In One Service!... |
| OK - I have been searching for a while for a cheap, good all round ISP which includes: Domain Names, Unlimited webspace, NO BANNERS, CGI access etc - and I have found it! My search is over and I am HAPPY! Freeola.com has GetDotted.com which is a great (very good value) domain name seller. You can host it for free on their server and you get unlimited space without banners or ads of any sort. Freeola500 lets you tailor your email address to suit you and you can register for additional space and sites on their server too. CGI access and all the trimmings (which aren't usually included in free web hosting) is also part of the package allowing: message boards, guestbooks, webforms etc to be added to your site - Freeola is everything you could want from an ISP and webhost. |

| I've been with Freeola a long time and some of my family use dial-up. We are very happy with the service you provide. I have had several ISP's tempting me with so called cheap telephone and broadband deals, but i belive you get what you pay for. If you want good customer service as well as fast broadband then it's worth every penny! |

The service is second-to-none... |
| I would like to say how impressed I have been with Freeola since I first signed up. I started using their dial-up service many years ago and migrated to broadband as soon as it was available in our area in around 2003, I cannot fault the service at all! The 8 FREE static IPs have been very useful, I don't think I've ever seen another provider offer this for free. The unlimited free web space is also a huge bonus. I believe I have had 100% uptime as well for at least 5 years, not a single outage, not many (if any) providers today can say that. I'm very happy with the service and will remain with Freeola for the foreseeable future. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free connection, it may cost more than some providers but the service is second-to-none. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for, and what you get with Freeola is a flawless fast and (as far as I know) non-throttled connection, fabulous customer support if you should ever need it, and, so far (for me at least), 100% uptime over many years. A Whole Load Of Features!... |
| Migrated from Eclipse on 6th July due to sub 1Mb speeds for a month, which they blamed on BT. My speeds have now shot up to 5.5Mb, and while my line has to re-train, this is more like it. 30Gb a month at peak times, and 300Gb a month off-peak which includes all weekend. Perfect time for big downloads. My website is hosted with GetDotted and access is fast and reliable, and with all sorts of features at my disposal, there is no need to putchase a hosting account as I've done in the past. Give them a go. |
