Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to help with configuring Microsoft Outlook Express to work with Freeola E-mail Freedom. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.

Here are brief instructions for configuring Microsoft Outlook Express to work with Freeola E-mail Freedom. These instructions should be relevant to all current versions of Microsoft Outlook Express. There may be slight visual/wording differences between versions but the underlying procedure is the same.

To be able to Send & Receive e-mail with Freeola E-mail Freedom, you will first of all have to make some really easy changes to your E-mail Client's settings.

1. Load Microsoft Outlook Express.

2. From the menu bar select Tools, then Accounts.

3. If it is not selected already click on the Mail tab which will list all the e-mail accounts currently set up on this program.

4. Open the Properties for the relevant E-mail Account.

5. In the new smaller window that opens click on the Servers tab.

6. In the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) field type smtp-auth.freeola.net

7. On the same window under the Outgoing Mail section, make sure the My Server Requires Authentication option is checked. This will make a Settings button available, however this can be ignored at this time.

8. Click OK and your e-mail address should now be ready to use from any internet connection!
