Freeola Password Change Guide

Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to help with changing your password for any Freeola service. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.

The following guide will give you information on changing the password for the following Freeola services: MyFreeola Control Panel, Freeola Internet, Email Addresses, Webspace and MySQL.

Important: We recommend that you change your passwords if you suspect they may have been compromised in any way.

Advice on Selecting a Secure Password:
In the interests of security we at Freeola advise that you use the most secure password possible. General tips include avoiding people's names, places, dictionary words and birthdays as these are easily guessed. We recommend that all passwords be combinations of letters and numbers (maybe even with varying capitalisation), to make them even harder to guess.

To change your MyFreeola Username or Password:

1. Log in to your MyFreeola account.

2. Click on the 'My Contact Details' section from the menu on the left-hand side.

3. In order to chage your login details please select 'Change These Details' within section headed 'MyFreeola Login Details'.

4. Type in the details that you would like to change and click "Continue".

To change your Internet Connection Password:

1. Enter your MyFreeola account.

2. From the left-hand menu select the 'Dial-Up Connection Settings' link if you are on a Pay-As-You-Go or Anytime service or the 'Broadband Details & Usage' link if you have Freeola Broadband.
