How To Change Your Passwords We recommend that you change your passwords if you believe they have been compromised in any way. This page describes the process. To change your MyFreeola username or password Log in to your MyFreeola account. Click on the 'My Contact Details' section. Make sure that all your details are entered and correct. Click the "Change These Details" button. Type in the details that you want to change and click "Continue". To change your Connection & FTP Password Enter MyFreeola Click the 'Dial-Up Connection Settings' link. You'll see your current username and password in this section - click the button next to it that says 'Change Password'. Enter your new choice of password into both boxes and press the 'Continue' button to make the changes. If completed successfully, a page will appear advising this password change was successful. The password you just changed will need updating in your Dial-Up Networking settings. Additionally, the password you just changed will need updating in your FTP client (if you plan to publish web pages). Remember, the FTP Server Password is always the same as the Connection Password. To change your E-Mail Password Enter MyFreeola Click the 'View/Edit Connection Settings' link. You'll see your e-mail addresses on the page that appears, scroll down the page until you see the e-mail address you want to change the password for. Click on the button that says 'Settings & Features'. On the next screen, click the button that says 'Change Password'. Enter your new choice of password into both boxes and press the 'Continue' button to make the changes. You'll see a message confirming the change and now you'll need to change the password within your e-mail program.
