Order broadband from Freeola, and we will call you when it's activated to make sure it's all working and you have managed to get everything set up. You won't have to call us if it's not working perfectly.

No struggling to set up your router, we preconfigure it for you.

Buy your router from us and we will preconfigure it with your Freeola Broadband connection settings, so all you have to do is plug it in!

If you have a problem, we'll contact you every day until it's resolved.

Providing a fast and reliable broadband service is our top priority, but if things do unfortunately go wrong, you can rest assured that we won't rest until you're up and running. A senior technician will call you every day with an update, and during a fault we'll give you completely free 0800 dial-up internet access.
