Welcome to the Freeola internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to help with setting up your Freeola email address on Incredimail 2 and assumes that you have already configured your email client for use with Freeola email and would like to amend the settings for use with Freeola Email Freedom.

Here are brief instructions for configuring Incredimail 2 to work with Freeola E-mail Freedom. There may be slight visual/wording differences between versions but the underlying procedure is the same.
Load Incredimail 2.
From the menu bar select Tools, then Email Accounts.
Open the Properties for the relevant E-mail Account.
In the new smaller window that opens click on the Servers tab.
In the Outgoing mail server field type smtp-auth.freeola.net.
On the same window under the Outgoing Mail Server section, make sure the My Server Requires Authentication option is checked. This will make a More Settings button available, however this can be ignored at this time.
Click OK and your e-mail address should now be ready to use from any internet connection!
