We have routine checks on accounts and reports in place to check no spamming address has been set up. We also have advanced spam filters to try block this spam from ever arriving in your inbox. If this is happening to you, you can help us by forwarding the entire e-mail back to us and our systems department will look into the 'headers' of the e-mail try try and prevent such mails from the future.
