Email help & support, information about Freeola email services
Freeola offers all customers unlimited free e-mail addresses from it's amazing and unique choice of Freeola500 domains (example: bob@spursfans.com). Alternatively, if you have hosted your own domain name you can choose addresses at that name (for example: tom@tomhoy.com).
Unlike some ISPs who use a 'catch all' method of e-mail which isn't particularly flexible, Freeola allows you to set up as many individual addresses (each with its own separate POP3 account) as you like. You can set up lots of individual e-mail addresses on individual PCs or laptops without the need for a centralised mail server.
When you sign up to Freeola you may choose your first e-mail address as part of the sign-up process. After you have signed up you can add or remove addresses, change e-mail passwords etc simply by visiting MyFreeola and clicking on 'FREEOLA E-MAIL' or 'DOMAIN E-MAIL'. To enter, you'll need your Freeola User Name and Freeola Password.
Remember, when you add a new address in the Control Panel you'll need to add the details to your e-mail program. We have guides for Outlook Express and Netscape Communicator available.
To send or receive Freeola e-mail (whether you use Freeola500 or your own Domain addresses) you must be connected to the Internet via the Freeola connection. If you attempt to send or receive e-mails when connected via another provider you will receive errors. Although you may be able to receive e-mails via other connections this service is not supported and designed for only light use.
