Here are full instructions for setting up a Dial-Up Connection on your Windows Vista based computer and how to configure your modem settings.
1. Click on the 'Start Menu', then choose 'Connect To' on the right hand side.
2. In the new window that appears, select 'Set up a connection or network.
3. Choose the 'Set up a dial-up connection' option, click 'Next'.
4. At this screen, you will see information that needs to be filled in. All these details can be found within MyFreeola. In the 'Dial-up phone number' box, enter '0845 604 3070' or '0845 604 3080' (use the number that works best for you).
IMPORTANT: If you are using Freeola Anytime then please use the number 0808 993 3413.
5. In the 'Username' box, enter your Dial-Up User Name. Your dial-up user name takes the form of: 'sr0123456' (sr0123456@freeolaanytime.net for Anytime customers), in the 'Password' box, enter the Dial-Up Password assigned to you when you created the connection. If you are unable to find either of these you can access this information by selecting 'Dial-up Connection Settings' from within your MyFreeola Control Panel.
6. Once all the details have been filled in, press connect. Vista is now set up for dial-up and will attempt to dial your Freeola Internet connection.
