Welcome to the Freeola Internet customer support pages. This guide is designed to help with changing your password Freeola Broadband password. For more internet help topics please visit our main Support Page.
Important: We recommend that you change your passwords if you suspect they may have been compromised in any way.
Advice on Selecting a Secure Password:
In the interests of security we at Freeola advise that you use the most secure password possible. General tips include avoiding people's names, places, dictionary words and birthdays as these are easily guessed. We recommend that all passwords be combinations of letters and numbers (maybe even with varying capitalisation), to make them even harder to guess.
Enter your MyFreeola account.
From the left-hand menu select the Dial-Up Connection Settings link if you are on a Pay-As-You-Go or Anytime service or the Broadband Details & Usage link if you have Freeola Broadband.
You'll see your current username and password in this section - click the button next to it that says Change Password.
Enter your new choice of password into both the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes and press the Continue button to make the changes.
If completed successfully, a page will appear advising this password change was successful.
The password you just changed will need updating within your internet settings. If you are unsure how to make such a change there are several guides for this found on the Freeola Customer Support Centre Index.
