Here's how to terminate or migrate your Freeola Broadband connection:
To terminate or migrate your Freeola Broadband connection, click the button below and login to the MyFreeola account where the broadband connection is held. You'll then be directed to the Broadband Details & Usage page where you'll find a link to 'Terminate or Migrate my Freeola Broadband connection'. Click this link to go to our Broadband Termination Wizard.
Please make sure you have read and understand the information regarding unique Freeola benefits which will cease to work once your connection has been cancelled before continuing.
Alternatively, if for any reason you cannot login to your MyFreeola account. You can request a manual broadband termination or migration using these options:
If you are simply wanting to move your broadband connection to another internet provider, then you'll need to complete a Migration. Migrations to other internet providers are free of charge.
|
| 1. |
A migration request can be completed at any stage during the service from the date of activation.
|
| 2. |
A migration code will be provided to the e-mail address provided within 5 working days from when we receive the request.
|
| 3. |
Each migration code will expire after 30 days. If you or your new provider fails to move your connection within the 30 days, the migration code will expire and we will consider the matter closed. If your migration code expires before you move your broadband, your current Freeola broadband connection will still exist, but you can request a new migration code at any time.
Please note: If your new Broadband Provider treats your new connection as a standard activation rather than a migration from Freeola, you will be liable to pay the Freeola Broadband Termination fee of £27.99 inc VAT. Freeola has no control over whether your new provider treats your new connection as an activation or a migration.
|
| 4. |
Please do not cancel your Freeola Broadband ADSL Direct Debit mandate with your bank until the migration date has passed as pro-rata adjustments may be required.
|
 |
If you are looking to terminate your connection completely, and not sign-up for broadband with another provider, then you should complete a Broadband Termination. Broadband Terminations are subject to a £27.99 inc VAT Termination Charge. A 50% rebate on this charge is available if you are moving home.
