Once a Freeola broadband account is live we give all customers the option of regrading to a larger (or smaller) usage allowance as well as regrading to one of our VIP broadband packages. Before requesting a tariff change for your Freeola broadband connection it is always advisable to check your recent usage history to see if a change would be viable for you.
All broadband tariff changes, either a usage allowance change or one from standard to VIP packages, will incur a one-off £3 charge (inclusive of VAT). This charge will appear on your next bill and all tariff changes will take effect from your next billing date.
