Whenever I have had a problem that I couldn't find the answer to on your site, I have telephoned and have always met with a courteous and helpful response. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you have always investigated possibilities for me rather than just say 'No, we can't do that' - a response I have received far too often from other ISP's. Your service and support exceeds most paying ISP's - you really do inspire hope for the future. It is just so refreshing to get such an honest and genuine service.
